Jewellery isn’t seasonal in the same way as clothing. We’ve never heard of a necklace that will keep you warm or a pair of earrings that will protect you from the rain. (Though both obviously sound fantastic).
Despite this, there are certainly links between the time of year it is and the kind of jewellery you might choose to wear. There are a number of reasons for this. Some jewellery is themed to match up with seasonal event such as Valentine’s Day, Easter or winter. Alternatively, some types of jewellery just work better with certain types of clothing, for example we tend to wear bangles more in the summer when we’re wearing short sleeves, and very glittery things more during the winter party season.
