If you’re looking for a gemstone in perfect millennial pink, Morganite might be the gem for you. It’s part of the Beryl family of gems and occurs in beautiful blush colour varieties from pale pink to pale orange.
Some of the purest Morganites are found in Madagascar and Brazil. It was first discovered in 1910. Later that year the New York Academy of Sciences named the gem Morganite after the famous financier J.P. Morgan.
